To those dolts who'd claim that would stifle "the arts," the answer is NONSENSE!

Art is something NOT done for profit, so all true art is amateur and non-commercial, like battlefield re-enactments, volunteer community theater, etc.

I know, I've also said, "IF it doesn't SELL it ain't ART," but that applies to so-called commercial art. There's NEVER a reason to provide grants to the likes of Andres Serrano and Robert Maplethorp...IF what they produce is viable commercial art, it would sell in the marketplace. Commercial "art" is like commercial anything else, it's worth exactly what the market says it is.

That’s why I've always supported the eradication of the NEA. It serves no useful purpose. Art EXISTS...and it will continue to exist without government interference...WITHOUT the direction, care and feeding by the state.

Look, the "art" here is that this group disguised their hate for the current POTUS and, by extension, the U.S. Government. The BEST and fairest reaction would be to rescind any federal grants that may go to such projects, even if it forced local Municipalities to pick up the freight.

In the wake of the savage Muslim attacks in London, La. Congressman Clay Higgins said, "Not one penny of American treasure should be granted to any nation who harbors these heathen animals. Not a single radicalized Islamic suspect should be granted any measure of quarter. Their intended entry to the American homeland should be summarily denied. Every conceivable measure should be engaged to hunt them down. Hunt them, identity them, and kill them. Kill them all. For the sake of all that is good and righteous. Kill them all."

He also labeled the global struggle against Islamic jihadists a holy war, saying "all of Christendom... is at war with Islamic horror."

When asked for clarification, Rep. Higgins DID NOT flinch, DID NOT back down, instead he doubled down on his convictions saying, "We are a world at war. The enemy is radicalized Islamic jihadists. The terrorists certainly take advantage of the politically correct madness that consumes the West. They revel, that many in the western world are frightened to speak freely. I've never been accused of being politically correct. I call things the way I see them."

The enemies of America didn't take too long to react. On Thursday, June 8th, the Interfaith Alliance said Rep. Clay Higgins remarks make him "unfit for office." It's called for the Port Barre Republican's resignation or expulsion from Congress.

Just WHO is this "Interfaith Alliance?

A gaggle of far Leftist, pro-Jihadist/pro-Refugee (SAME thing) group devoted to anything traditional religious people oppose. Aside from their obvious opposition to freedom of speech, their radical-Leftist website (http://interfaithalliance.org/about-us/our-work/) endorses "LGBT Equality" (something ALL traditional/Orthodox Christians, Jews and Muslims oppose) and opposes School Vouchers (something that most devoutly religious people support). The titular head of this far-Left group is the Reverend C. Welton Gaddy, a 73 y/o Pastor, recently retired as President of the IA, but still active in the organization.

So, who's this Rev. C. Welton Gaddy?

Just hours after questioning Trump's mental health and fitness for Office, her own mental health came into serious question and very publicly.

Pelosi's issues came to light less than two hours after suggesting Trump was losing his mind. "I am concerned about his (Trump's) fitness for office," she said on MSNBC.

"I think his family should be concerned about his health," Pelosi added. "The fact is that this is hopefully not reparable - he’s the president of the United States."

"You mean you hope it IS reparable?" Joe Scarborough asked, apparently confused.

"Yeah, yeah," she replied.

Asked if she had any advice for Trump, she said, "Go to sleep, get some sleep. Bring yourself to a place where your synapses are working."

A couple hours later at her own weekly press conference, Pelosi not only became confused, yet again, over what President is in office, referring to Trump as "President Bush," but also as to what day of the week it was.

"I spoke with the speaker a week, a week and a couple days ago, about -- oh, no, just last Friday," she said. "What is today? Is it Friday again?"

One of her aides came to her assistance, passing her a note alerting her to the slip-ups.

These "senior moments" are becoming embarrassingly routine for the 77 y/o Pelosi, who a month ago became confused at a visit to China, continually calling China, "Tina," in a rambling and at times incoherent discourse.

I think it’s kind of nice that San Francisco elected a cognitively challenged person to represent them. She pretty much fits the mental status of the area.

Look at the two pictures of the SAME CNN-staged London event. In the first, it's obvious there's a handful of Muslim protesters holding signs saying, "ISIS will lose," and "#England" and "#London," but in the second, the one CNN used on TV, the crowd fills the camera lens, making it look like the street was filled with such protesters.

THAT'S "fake news."

CNN's Corporate masters want them to claim, "Islam has nothing to do with terrorism," that, "Islam is a peaceful religion," just as they insist that the Katy Perry's of the world goad their fans to "COEXIST," even as they hide behind high walls in gated communities!

The TRUTH is that Sharia Law, which mandates death for homosexuals, female adulteresses, apostates among others is CENTRAL to ISLAM and NOT "radical," or "fundamentalist" Islam, but traditional Islam.
