Naive Idealism Has a VERY High Cost...

.

.

Turns out this white guy attacked by Black Lives Matter (BLM) "protesters" in a garage was attending that rally in support of BLM.

Here's the thing, if you're white, or Asian, or even Hispanic...this ISN'T your issue. You have no business supporting BLM.

Moreover, the BLM movement is rooted in lies. Remember, "Hands up, don't shoot"?

NEVER happened!

Michael Brown in Ferguson, assaulted that cop (Darren Wilson) and struggled inside that squad car to take Wilson's gun. Brown was shot attempting to murder a police officer.

In Milwaukee and now Charlotte, armed black men were shot by 2 black cops. BLM itself is a LIE!

Look back, even to the Trayvon Martin case and you'll find a black teen attacking an Hispanic neighborhood watch leader for allegedly "being nosy." Trayvon Martin assaulted George Zimmerman because Martin allegedly believed Zimmerman was following him.

In truth, whites have been held to much higher standards when using "self defense" and this book chronicling four high profile cases, shows that (https://www.amazon.com/Four-Trayvons-Killings…/…/ref=sr_1_1…)

The law clearly allows citizens to "follow" and "lurk" around other citizens. The law DOES NOT allow for assault. There's no crime called "unlawful following." Not so funny story, there is a crime called assault - pushing, even spitting on another often amounts to felony assault. If I perceived that I was being followed, I'd call the police.

The other common misunderstanding in the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman case was that it was NOT a "Stand Your Ground" case. It was simple justifiable self defense. Zimmerman allegedly shot Martin while being pummeled on the ground. The ballistics showed that upward trajectory to be the path of the single shot and Zimmerman did suffer extensive injuries. A truly bad case was that of Chris Cervini shot and killed by Roderick Scott (http://radioviceonline.com/media-roderick-scott-not.../) in Rochester, NY. Roderick Scott illegally confronted 3 juveniles who were allegedly breaking into cars on his block. NYS DOES NOT have a "Stand Your Ground" law, so, in NYS an individual is legally REQUIRED to run, or hide in place or use any other means to avoid the use of deadly force. Roderick Scott DID NOT do that and while I sympathize with his outrage and support his actions, as I support "Stand Your Ground" laws, I'd have had to vote to convict him of manslaughter in a NYS courtroom because NYS does not have "Stand Your Ground." I DO NOT much like George Zimmerman because he seems like an dopey, wanna-be cop, but he still had a right to defend himself from attack. I DO believe I like, or at least sympathize with Rod Scott, but it appears he violated NYS law by failing to run away, seek to hide from the danger, etc. In other words, in NYS Roderick Scott had NO legal right to "Stand his Ground."

Wait a Minute, “Saint Warren” (Buffett) is Really a Shit-Bag?! Sure Looks That Way!

Recently, Warren Buffett released his tax data to the media to refute Trump’s claims of his being a “tax avoider,” (tax avoidance is a moral obligation, tax EVASION is a crime) and he challenged Trump to meet him “any place, anytime” to share tax returns and answer questions.

But Warren should be among the LAST people on earth capable of challenging Trump’s use of existing legal deductions, as Buffett uses the very  SAME deductions (and many MORE) himself and his own tax returns prove that.

Few, if ANY (and absolutely no actual working Americans) accept the Marxist idea that our earnings, somehow, belong to the government. What we earn belongs to us. It’s not a gift from any “benevolent rulers” in Washington, D.C.

The moral imperative is not for citizens to give more of their hard-earned money to government to waste and use for nefarious purposes, quite the reverse.

At its core, taxation is coercive theft. It’s collected through force, not any exchange or persuasion. So the moral duty is on the government to keep it to an absolute minimum.

The last person who should be arguing otherwise is an overt hypocrite like Warren Buffett.

For years, Buffett has signaled his own virtue by calling for tax increases on wealthy Americans...all the while using the tax code to pay ridiculously small amounts in federal taxes himself.

According to Michael Covel, of The Daily Reckoning, “Much of Buffett’s $64 billion fortune is tied up in his company, Berkshire Hathaway.

“Berkshire Hathaway hasn’t paid any cash dividends in decades. Instead, it uses all of its income to acquire other companies. And when it does, it stops any dividends those companies once paid and adds that money to the stockpile used to buy more companies.

“For example, Berkshire acquired Burlington Northern Santa Fe in 2010. At the time, Burlington paid roughly $550 million in dividends to shareholders. But Berkshire stopped that and kept that cash in-house.

“That nails retirees who rely on dividend income. But it’s great for Berkshire and Buffett.

“Barron’s reported that had Berkshire paid out the average of the S&P 500 companies in 2014, it would have distributed roughly $6 billion in dividends.

“Buffett would have received $1.2 billion of that, for a tax bill of $280 million.

“But estimates have him paying roughly 1/40th of that amount by keeping his wealth in the company and immune from the income tax rates we regulars in the peasant class are burdened with.

“And that’s just one transaction. Berkshire’s business model is built on scores of tax-advantageous deals and operations.

“Barron’s reporter Morris Propp nailed it when he wrote:

“It seems that Buffett and his businesses are serial deprivers of tax revenue to the U.S. Treasury. Yet that does not deter him from loudly advocating higher income tax rates for others.”

That makes Buffett the worst kind of “rich guy,” the kind that builds nothing, raids companies, kills tens of thousands of jobs and costs American taxpayers in higher rates because he’s able to shield the bulk of his own wealth through tax loopholes that he has fought hard to forge and maintain.

Yet HE’S the poster-child for American Democrats!

Are Colin Kaepernick's "BLM-inspired Protests" Genuine, or Are They a Shield Against Poor Play?

Is Colin Kaepernick the Right Man to Represent the BLM Movement?

Without thinking about, or even trying, most grassroots movements wind up being fronted by wealthy politicians or athletes/entertainers with little understanding of the issues and connection to the issues they ultimately, through mass media focus, come to represent.

This seems to be the case with Colin Kaepernick’s recent engagement with the Black Lives matter (BLM) movement.

The problem with the BLM movement itself ISN’T with the basic concept of “black lives mattering,” BUT the complete misunderstanding and misrepresentation of police/minority interactions that movement has so often actively engaged in. Overlooking inconvenient facts like over 3/4s of those killed by police are NOT black, and that over 40% of cop killers ARE black…and that blacks (12% of the population) have committed over 50% of all homicides nationwide since 1976; See:http://workingclassconservative.blogspot.com/2016/09/anti-police-hatred.html?m=1 facts that no one has yet challenged, the entire issue of negative police interactions is demeaned.

Fact is, almost all of those killed by police have been attacking police when killed, including Michael Brown (Ferguson, MO.), the original model for the BLM movement. Brown was NOT shot for “robbing a store,” but for charging a police cruiser, struggling over that officer’s gun, which amounts to, “Attempted Murder of a Police Officer. That’s why Mike Brown was shot & killed, he fought with a cop, struggled for that cop’s gun...and was rightfully shot for that.

Ironically enough there have been some actual questionable shootings over this period, like that of John Crawford III(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqZ-teZsZmo) in an Ohio Walmart (over a malicious 911 call by another shopper) and James Boyd, a homeless man shot & killed for “illegal camping” in Albuquerque, NM. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tpAZObNZfI) Of course, James Boyd was white and didn’t fit the BLM narrative and despite the fact that video evidence resulted in the conviction of 2 of those cops for murder.

I don’t have any problem with folks like Colin Kaepernick protesting. I DOhave a huge problem with people like him NOT being engaged and informed enough, even curious enough to know the actual facts. I also would have an even bigger problem, IF, as some have suggested, Kaepernick is using this issue as a shield against possibly being cut. He’s lost his starting job to Blaine Gabbert, NOT Brett Favre in his prime, but journeyman, Blaine Gabbert and a rookie QB may have passed him on the depth chart.

I hope Kaepernick is on the level with this, but even if he is truly devoted to the issue, he doesn’t seem to have a real understanding of the facts surrounding police shootings and that’s a problem.

Sexual "Sins" and the Abuse of Religion

Image result for religion and sexual sinsImage result for religion and sexual sins

Every one of the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) condemn various "sexual sins."

TODAY, followers tend to arbitrarily condemn some of those "Biblical sins," and NOT others. Islam, Orthodox Judaism and Islam all condemn homosexuality (Islam actually criminalizes it) and female adultery (again, Islam punishes adulteresses with death by stoning).

Of course, all those old books ALSO condemned masturbation and sex for any purpose other than procreation...BUT today's fundamentalists tend to overlook that.

Traditional Islam criminalizes homosexuality and female adultery, Orthodox Judaism condemns those and fundamentalist Christians also condemn those two "sins," without pushing for equal condemnation of promiscuity, self-stimulation and sex for any purpose but procreation.

WHY?

Well, most likely because the ancients were in full on "Survival Mode," today...not so much. In fact, many worry about the reverse, over-population.

So, why are homosexuality and female adultery condemned and other "sexual sins" mostly ignored? Probably because most religious leaders are men...and men don't much like female adultery, nor homosexuality.

I've always wondered how the punishing of such "sins" is justified, given that, even while adultery and homosexuality may be repulsive to some, WHERE'S the actual CRIME?!

Indeed, in many Third World, predominantly Muslim countries, adulteresses and homosexuals take their lives in their hands, but even in the U.S. there are many who continue to insist that homosexuality and transgenderism are..."choices."

Seriously?!

How many people does anyone reading this know, who've suddenly decided to "try out" homosexuality...just for kicks, or to annoy their strict family?

I can't think of ANY myself and I find the entire concept to be pretty much ridiculous and yet Dr. Ben Carson (neurosurgeon) floated that in his Presidential campaign and now a Johns Hopkins Psychiatrist, Paul McHugh has jumped into the fray declaring "transgenderism to be a mental disorder." (http://www.cnsnews.com/…/johns-hopkins-psychiatrist-transge…).

Here's where Dr. McHugh is right, sex reassignment surgery DOES NOT actually change a male into a female, or vice versa. Despite any such surgical procedure, the subject STILL maintains their original genetics, either XX (female), or XY (male).

That said, there do seem to exist a number of people who legitimately seem to believe they were born into the "wrong bodies."

WHY would anyone CHOOSE to face the ostracism and scorn that generally accompanies such a decision?

The choice idea, doesn't make any sense, nor does the mental illness aspect.

There has long been indications that homosexuality increases when humans face overpopulation. (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/…/is-homosexuality-populati_b…)

Is that true?

That's hard to say, but there does seem to be some evidence for that. STILL, regardless of how objectionable anyone may find SOME of these ancient "sexual sins," WHERE is the actual crime?

Whom is harmed by the actions of consenting adults?

How is adultery anything other than an egregious breach of trust between two people and of no greater societal, let alone criminal import?

Religion can be a positive force in the lives of those who strive to find a more spiritual path, and to look to "treat others, as they themselves would like to be treated," BUT it can also be abused by those who'd turn into a team sport ("US" against "them") and use to attempt to control the behaviors of others.

Therein seems to lie the problem.

IF THIS is Huma Abedin's Agenda...Then it's Hillary's Too

Image result for Huma Abedin radical magazine

For a dozen years Hillary's Chief Aide, Huma Abedin was an Assistant Editor for the Saudi-based and funded Journal of Minority Muslim Affairs, where her mother, Saleha Mahmood Abedin, remains editor-in-chief.

According to an article by Paul Sprerry in Sunday's NY Post, "The journal supported a strict interpretation of Islamic Sharia laws, which call for beheadings, require women to cover their bodies and faces and advocate death for “infidels” - which in their view includes just about everyone but the most extreme religious hardliners.

The publication also blamed the US for the 9/11 terror attacks, which were carried out largely by Saudi nationals.

Typical fare in the publication includes a 1996 piece titled “Women’s Rights Are Islamic Rights,” which argues that single moms, working moms and gay couples with children should not be recognized as families.

It also maintained that revealing dress “directly translates into unwanted results of sexual promiscuity and irresponsibility and indirectly promote violence against women.” (http://nypost.com/…/huma-abedin-denies-active-role-at-radi…/)

Huma Abedin is often described by Hillary Clinton as her “second daughter.” IF the Saudi agenda is Huma's agenda...then it very definitely is Hillary Clinton's too!

Race-Obsessed CNN Links Felon Voting to "Black votes"

Image result for Soros and CNN

WHY does CNN continue to do this?

EVERYTHING is race with CNN, ever since George Soros "invested" $2.1 BILLION into CNN about 30 months ago. Soros has given lavishly to the anti-Law Enforcement group Black Lives Matter. They too advance the "Soros Agenda."

CNN's been called on this from Left & Right, but this is what happens when you're so obsessed with race, or religion, or the environment that every issue must be used as a weapon to advance a bought-and-paid for agenda.

Just saying.

An absolutely awesome talk about valuing what's important in our lives! GREAT speaker!
