Response to Janeane Garofalo's statement on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher October 2nd From David Webb - Co-Founder and Director Tea Party 365, Inc.
New York, NY - October 6, 2009 – It is clear to any reasonable American that on both sides of the political aisle there are fringe elements and not necessarily unique to one particular side. In her first round of offensive statements after the April 15th nationwide Tea Parties, Janeane Garofalo sought some relevance by taking up the teabaggers and racists cry. In my April 21st article 'Is Racism the Tea Party Concern – or an Awakened Electorate?' printed in Family Security Matters I stated that "Comedienne Janeane Garofalo, MSNBC's Keith Olbermann and others who picked up the "teabagging" cry failed, because the truth cannot be hidden."
I find her statements offensive and insulting. I and millions of Americans share legitimate policy concerns about the wasteful spending by our government. As the co-founder of the New York City Metro Tea Party organization, my issue is with the fiscally irresponsible policies coming out of Washington D.C. not the President's skin color. Anytime disagreement is voiced over the President's policies the race card is played. This is disingenuous at best. I can state with certainty that I am not a part of, or would not be accepted by a white power movement. There is only one race, human, and procreation is proof of that.
Janeane Garofalo is at best misinformed, and to the further extreme a race baiter without credibility. I would welcome the opportunity to debate her in any public forum including on Bill Maher's show. The question is could she handle an honest debate on issues and not spout hyperbole.

so glad u are still fighting the fight here my friend...............Busy weekend for a change..hope youre doin well!!:)
You'd be wasting your time, talking to an Airhead (un)America moronette the likes of Janeane. Her body tats have leeched into her brain, and what's left is dysfunctional pablum.
But if you manage to arrange this debate, I'll damned sure watch you make her look stupider than she does on her own ;)
i second that. it would be a waste of time. that woman is a waste of space.
Hi Angel....I'm glad you're around as well.
Busy is hopefully a good "busy".....right?
I agree SF, although this was a response to Janeane Garafolo FROM David Webb one of the Co-Founders of the Tea Party Movement.
I think it would be a VERY bad idea for him or any fair-minded American to appear on Bill Maher's show, where they'd be assailed by five leftists.
Maher's pretty much a dope, but he's a dangerous dope....reckless and irresponible and proud of it.
I agree with that too Maria, but I'm glad David Webb came back at them, because for too long they've simply ignored their vile defamation and outright libel.
