Well one thing, is that over 25% of the costs for American healthcare are due to administrative costs, complying with various government and insurance regulations.

I think adding a little competition into the mix would help things a bit.
I think so too.
Milton Friedman had an interesting Rx for America's healthcare many years ago....it's still viable today.
