WHY Corporatism?

We haven’t had a “Free Market” here in the United States since 1913, with the introduction of the Federal Reserve System and the Progressive Income tax.

Since that time, America has only become increasingly Corporatist.

All that Corporatism is, is a partnership between business and government. In the past governments partnered with religion, so government laws and decrees carried the weight of “God’s commands.” THAT is the essence of all theocracies.

In the late 19th Century, while America’s economy exploded with the “Gilded Age” of Capitalism, some European nations tried some initial forays into socialism. Public or governmental control over the means of production (business and industry) and the eradication of private property. NONE of those early European attempts brought anything close to the prosperity that America had and virtually all of them ultimately failed.

Undeterred, in the early part of the 20th a number of other nations (most notably Russia, China, Germany, Thailand, etc.) experimented with socialism. In Italy Benito Mussolini, the former head of Italy’s Socialist Party was elected Prime Minister.

Both Germany and Italy saw, early on, that socialism and its government-run economy COULD NOT work and they quickly turned to Corporatism, partnering up with favored, or established businesses and industries managed via heavy regulation.

Both Italy and Germany, like FDR’s U.S. took on many massive “Public Works” projects to both increase employment and keep the economy humming.

ALL three of those nations (Germany, Italy and the USA) embarked upon similar “New Deals,” with the USA having abandoned the free market nearly 2 decades previously.

Today, most people in the West don’t even understand what socialism and capitalism are any more. Many in America call Sweden and other such European nations that have somewhat more generous welfare states, “socialist,” and call our own economy “capitalist.”

Neither is correct. Sweden is as Corporatist as is the United States. BOTH nations have relatively generous welfare states, both have relatively high tax rates and both have the private ownership of businesses and industries. Sweden has many private Corporations (Volvo, Ericcson, Astra Zeneca, etc.). Sweden is every bit as Corporatist as the United States. It merely has a somewhat more generous welfare system and higher tax rates.

Socialism exists in only a handful of nations today (Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, Zimbabwe, to name a few). There are virtually no fully Free Market (Capitalist) countries in the world. Hong Kong has long been the freest economy in the world, but they recently took health care and made it a start-managed commodity, effectively making ALL healthcare providers government employees.

Nearly ALL the developed nations of the world today are Corporatist. In that sense, “We are ALL Corporatists now.”

In most Western nations, government is very definitely the Junior Partner in their various Corporatist partnerships.

All these poorly defined terms make understanding those who SEEM to disagree with us that much harder to understand. When well-meaning people call Corporatism in the U.S. “Capitalism” and the very SAME Corporatism in Sweden “Socialism,” there is no way to reach any understanding UNTIL both sides effectively define their terms more accurately.

In the U.S., for instance, BOTH Left and Right seem to be railing against the SAME thing without knowing it. The Left seems to focus on Corporate greed and malfeasance, under the mistaken impression that government can control the Corporate entities that OWN IT, while the Right seems to focus on the abuses of government, apparently unaware that that government is NOT controlled by the people, but by conglomerates of multi-national Corporations that dictate the policies they oppose.

The BIGGER problem is that we NEED Corporatism. While socialism has NEVER worked anywhere, true Free Market Capitalism is replete with booms and busts and extreme dislocations and uncertainties for both individuals, as well as businesses and industries. So, while much of what we rail against is the result of Corporatism, so are all the things we take for granted that make life easier and more comfortable.

Corporatism “works,” in effect, because it BOTH regulates the market and reins in governmental abuse. The problems with Corporatism are the problems inherent in ALL human systems...human nature.

Corporate entities have pushed a na├»ve and often misguided agenda, the primary focus being on what’s come to be called “Multiculturalism.” That is, Corporate entities find it difficult, expensive and time-consuming to have to target different markets across widely different cultures, so their solution has been, “Multiculturalism” – the blending of ALL the world’s cultures, races, etc. into one big, amorphous, beige all-consuming polyglot.

The problem is, that just as individuals differ widely so do various peoples, ethnicities, races, etc. and these differences are, in fact, important, even vital. They serve purposes that are overlooked and discounted by those who just seek to find a way to sell the most stuff to the most people.

But the tentacles of Corporatism have impacted all the policies, ALL the issues we seem to care the most about. Much of the environmentalist agenda has been Corporately directed and controlled. The idea being to restrict energy resources and effectively rationing energy via higher prices. To “BIG Energy” it’s a “Win-Win,” when in fact, it’s a HUGE “Win-Lose.” They “win” everyone else loses.

All prevailing evidence suggests that mankind’s contribution to climate change is far LESS significant than nature’s. That doesn’t suggest we should “do nothing,” but it certainly seems to suggest that we should look to defensive strategies (like higher sea walls, etc.) at least as much as we should look at more efficient forms of energy. Many “renewable” energy sources present their own problems; fuel cells give off massive amounts of water vapor, a major greenhouse gas, and batteries require a tremendous amount of existing (old fuel) energy to produce. Algae-based fuels seem to offer some real promise, but there’s seems to be no flawless system at this time.

Perhaps the BIGGEST failure of Corporatism to date has been its inability to defend itself, for it is Corporations that deliver us all the products we cherish, delivers those products seamlessly and efficiently and is largely responsible for modern 21st Century life.

We the people are guilty of demanding products, goods and services from Corporations, then balking and complaining about those entities doing exactly what they’re designed to do – to increase markets, in order to increase profits and expand those businesses.

We have, in effect, created a monster we don’t know what to do with. We can’t kill it, without killing the creature-comforts culture we’ve come to embrace in the West, but we can also see that to Corporate entities, individuals are...troubling, at the least.

THIS is Exactly What's WRONG With Our Media...

Joy Reid of MSNBC (Left) and Omarosa Manigault (Right)

On Saturday, April 16th's, 2016 MSNBC broadcast host Joy Reid asks, Omarosa Manigault, how she can support Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump as a “woman of color.”

THAT'S the problem, media personnel who want to TELL others what they SHOULD think and believe.

That's an outrage.

Omarosa Manigault has every right, as a free American, to believe and spout whatever beliefs she holds.

MAYBE Joy Reid wasn't even aware of her fascistic leanings....telling someone else that certain views are, in effect, "Verboten." At least I HOPE she wasn't aware.

Free people are also FREE thinkers.

Hell, my only questions surrounding Ms. Manigault relate to the late Michael Clarke Duncan (of Green Mile fame)...just seems like an interesting and unlikely pairing, although also, none of my business.

I CAN'T Help Seeing This as a Deliberate Ambush Murder....

Recognizing my own innate biases (I've been a Firefighter for over 30 years), I have to acknowledge that, "I COULD BE wrong," in fact, I HOPE I am, BUT I find it VERY hard to believe that an unresponsive individual suddenly "woke up" while firefighters and paramedics were making entry to check on that person's welfare/well-being and then decided to shoot the "intruders."

For one thing, it's reckless endangerment (a felony) to shoot at what you don't see. In this case that would be ratcheted up to "Criminally Negligent Homicide," given that one of the firefighters (John Ulmschneider) died as a result of the shooting.

I BELIEVE strongly in every individual's right to "violent self defense" and in the sanctity of private property," BUT we've all agreed to certain exceptions, as when an emergency call is made for help from an address, the person is unresponsive at the time of arrival...that crew MUST gain entry to check on the status of the individual.

That individual COULD be suffering from some incapacitating, life-threatening condition. Such reckless actions, in this case, either the resident KNEW they were emergency personnel and intentionally murdered them, OR didn't know who was making entry and shot blindly (criminally NEGLIGENT homicide) amount to criminal actions.

In any case, John Ulmschneider's shooting death amounts to a criminal homicide.

Former Black Panther Calls Out Black Lives Matter for its...."White Supremacy"

Image result for C. Mason Weaver
C. Mason Weaver

C. Mason Weaver is a former Black Panther who is now a Conservative with a message that's evolved over a long period of personal growth. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BbqfQQJ5qg)

In this clip, he notes that the premise of the "Black Lives Matter" (BLM) movement IS white supremacy...that, in his words, "They're saying that whites better start taking better care of their animals..."

In many ways his transformation is similar to that of David Mamet's, the long-time Leftist playwright who, over time, became a Conservative and declared that new ideology in an article titled, "Why I am no Longer a Brain Dead Liberal."

Mamet wrote, "One of the most disgraceful decisions in this country's history was the Dred Scott decision, which created two classes of people, 'black' & 'white.' How is that any different than Affirmative Action today?"

Mamet recalled asking famed author Shelby Steele to speak at his synagogue and recounts how an older woman there asked, "How can we whites make things better for black people?"

Mamet said, "There was a long uncomfortable silence, followed by the saddest voice I'd ever heard, when Steele responded, "Just leave us alone." (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTGJHl4xicA)

Unwittingly that woman who asked Shelby Steele, in effect, "How can we help," WAS operating from a white supremacist viewpoint....that absent white help, blacks are, in effect, doomed.

WHY?!

Why would anyone think that?

In a similar vein, C Mason Weaver sees that SAME operating principle in the BLM movement, the view that absent white intervention and "help" blacks cannot do well.

"Good intentions" count for nothing if they don't result in decent results rooted in individualism, private property rights and personal freedom for ALL involved. Just wanting "to help," means little when there's really very little we as individuals can do, SHORT OF changing our own inner attitudes...and being more decent with others.

The poor don't need pity. Pity doesn't pay any bills. They NEED opportunities, for better education, job training, they need to have higher expectations...they need a whole host of things, MOST of WHICH they must find inside themselves. Much of poverty is often self-inflicted via recklessness and irresponsibility, substance abuse and other personal flaws or failings.

Most of us can't provide opportunities to others, we don't own businesses that create jobs. Our well wishes count for little. The best most people can do (and it's a LOT) is to change their own inner mindsets that keep us looking down at those who aren't doing well at THAT time.

Often life's lessons are tough...and they can't be learned if they're interrupted by well-intentioned do-gooders, intent on looking down and "helping."

TOP 5 at VERIZON Split Nearly $250 MILLION...WHY?!

Image result for Verizon Strike
CWA Workers on strike against Verizon

This appears to be America's dilemma...overcompensation at the top with subpar compensation for the workers. (http://www.jwj.org/five-reasons-to-care-about-verizon-contract-negotiations)

There's a VERY easy fix.

NOT more government programs....but LESS.

HOWEVER, MORE government oversight and control over how the profits at publicly traded companies are spit. Such publicly traded entities exist solely at the behest of the people...and their government.

It is only right and just that those profits should be split along the lines of 85/15, 90/10, with the 10% - 15% going to the Execs.

Of that $235 MILLION pot, at least $200 MILLION of it SHOULD go to the employees/workers in the form of compensation and retirement benefits.

Government programs don't help many Americans, a nation in which less than 15% of the population is "poor." NO, the compensation of a given company should be split between WORKERS, INVESTORS, with what's left over 5% or so to executive compensation. I mean what are the Executives going to do, when ALL company profits are so regulated? Will they really scoff at $5 MILLION to $10 MILLION per year?

ALL of the profits of such publicly traded companies SHOULD be micromanaged by government...through the courts if need be, with STRICT guidelines on the "approved profit split."

Many Corporate heads have agreed that "significant overcompensation of executives has hurt the workers and the company's day-to-day operations."

What if an executive group is able to greatly increase profits by using H-1B Visa workers and automation?

Then it stands to reason that the bulk of those "savings" be passed onto CONSUMERS, then to share holders. Executives should NOT have their compensation linked to paring the workforce. Its counterproductive and leads to the Executives operating at cross purposes to the health and welfare of the company.

Beyond that, H-1B Visas SHOULD be gradually eliminated. PAY to educate American workers and retrain the American workforce.

MULTICULTURALISM and the Deliberate DESTRUCTION of Europe

Image result for Angela Merkel
Germany's Anti-German Chancellor, Angela Merkel

Angela Merkel is doing exactly what her multi-national Corporate & International Banker bosses have paid her (as political managers) to do (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57Z-hUk_ODU). Those who think governments control Corporations and that the people elect their governments are woefully naive.

The multi-national corporations and international banks OWN IT ALL. In the USA both major Parties are fully Corporately owned entities. You vote for A or B...flip sides of the SAME coin. 2016 was "supposed to have been" Jeb vs Hillary (Coke vs Pepsi)...same difference, which is no difference at all.

Sanders and Trump are a gauge to see how sick of the status quo most people are...how AWAKE most people are.

Government managers don't dictate to big banks and corporations, the "political class" is given their marching orders from their Corporate "SENIOR Partners."

The end game of MULTICULTURALISM is exactly what Europe is seeing right now. To the naive it looks like "the destruction of Christian Europe," or "the eradication of White Europe" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzkZ0XUKyAs) when in fact the end game of MULTICULTURALISM is the eradication of ALL existing races and cultures, so that the world becomes a uniformed polyglot with NONE of the disparate cultures and belief systems we see today. A homogeneous CONSUMER class for these multi-nationals.

Make NO mistake, when these "well-meaning" globalists eradicate YOUR race and YOUR culture, they eradicate YOUR heritage...they are, in effect, eradicating the REAL YOU!

Nazism & Islam...and the Ongoing Assault on the West

Image result for Nazism and IslamImage result for Nazism and Islam

Hi Kids! Did any of you know that Hitler was a fan of Islam and lamented Christianity’s hold on Europe?

I didn’t, so if you did, you’re way ahead of me on this.

And what’s odd is that it’s hardly been a secret. In fact on page 96 of Albert Speers’ Inside the Third Reich, we find this little gem;

“Hitler had been much impressed by a scrap of history he learned from a delegation of distinguished Arabs. When the Mohammedans attempted to penetrate beyond France into Central Europe, during the 8th Century, his visitors had told him, they had been driven back at the Battle of Tours. Had the Arabs won that battle the world would be Mohammedan today. For theirs was a religion that believed in spreading the faith by the sword and subjugating all nations to that faith. The Germanic peoples would’ve become heirs to that religion. Such a creed was perfectly suited to the German temperament. Hitler said that the conquering Arabs, because of their inferior racial inferiority would’ve been unable to contend with the harsher climate and conditions of that country. They could not have kept down the more vigorous natives, so that ultimately not Arabs, but Islamized Germans could’ve stood at the head of the Mohammedan Empire.

Hitler usually concluded his historical speculation by remarking, “You see, it’s been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why couldn’t we have had the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice to the fatherland as the highest good? The Mohammedan religion would’ve been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity, with its meekness and flabbiness?”

The Islamic Baath Party was modeled after and based upon Nazism

In the late 1960s, Wernher von Braun was alleged to have answered a reporter’s question about the competing American and Soviet Space Programs with, “There was never an American or Soviet Space Program, but two Nazi Space Programs,” as many of the leading scientists on both teams were from Germany’s rocket program.

It’s also been chronicled in many books that many U.S.-based Corporations (IBM, GE, Chrysler, etc.) worked with the Germans during WW II. Of course those were usually cases of Germany expropriating those companies IN German-occupied areas and conscripting them to work on various Nazi projects, BUT fact is, just as Germany’s Corporations, from Bayer and BASF to Daimler-Benz and Porsche, became “Good members of a democratic West,” had the Axis Powers won, most of the West’s Corporations were prepared to move on as “Good Nazi citizens.”

In fact, it’s more than possible that many of the world’s bankers expected and WANTED Hitler to win that war! Yes, even many bankers here in the USA. Bankers like Prescott Bush and Averill Harriman of the Union Banking Corporation, which was involved with Hitler’s personal banker, Fritz Thyssen.

Bush was a founding member and one of seven directors (including W. Averell Harriman, a leading Democratic operative/politician at the time) of the Union Banking Corporation (holding a single share out of 4,000 as a director), an investment bank that operated as a clearing house for many assets and enterprises held by German steel magnate Fritz Thyssen. In July 1942, the bank was suspected of holding gold on behalf of Nazi leaders. In October of 1942 the United States seized the bank under the Trading With the Enemy Act and held the assets for the duration of World War II.

It’s interesting that such a bi-partisan Nazism existed in America even way back when, but maybe it’s not really all that surprising. After all, just as Germany’s Corporations have survived WWII and become “good Corporate citizens” (in fact, in the U.S. it’s been German automakers who’ve pushed for Unions in non-Union, “Right-to-Work” States, because they prefer to deal with a Union), America’s multi-national Corporations were all prepared to survive that war, had the other side won and become “good Nazi Companies.” Moreover, modern Progressivism, which is predicated on Corporatism, the economic system of fascism, was an entirely Republican political innovation in America. Teddy Roosevelt forged America’s first Progressive Party. In response, Warren G. Harding won the 1920 Election by the widest margin in American history by running AGAINST Progressivism.

By the 1950s there was a bipartisan agreement that Corporatism was the most efficient political system in existence. It was Prescott Bush and Averill Harriman who brought about today’s political dynamic – a veritable ONE Party system. As with most such changes a crisis point was needed and the crisis point that presented itself to that dynamic was the assassination of JFK. It was only in the chaos after JFK’s assignation that the move to, in effect, unify both Parties into a “Red Team” vs “Blue Team” Uniparty was able to be realized.

It was in the wake of the JFK assassination that Democrats came fully to embrace the warfare state, with LBJ’s “All in” on Vietnam AND brought about Nixon’s “Southern Strategy.”

Nixon’s “Southern Strategy,” was NOT a move to marginalize the black vote at all. It was used specifically to alienate working class Northern ethnic Catholics and Southern whites from their own Party and have them welcomed onto a GOP Plantation, managed by its moneyed interests, then often called “Rockefeller-Republicans,” or Country Club Republicans.” These were the likes of the Bush’s, Graham’s, McCain’s, Hatch’s, Rockefeller’s, Chafee’s etc.).

Could this have been “the Nazi’s Poison Pill,” the zygote of the 4th Reich?

In some regards, it’s the ONLY way to make sense out of what’s happening in Europe right now (video about Muslim atrocities and Euro government’s cracking down on Europeans who stand up against it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z35bbBBwQHQ&index=4&list=FLBO6D_U0RPjY_YPg-_-cqIg)

MULTICULTURALISM is the tool of cultural destruction.

Whites in BOTH the U.S. and Europe have been the first to see it clearly, BUT the goal of MULTICULTURALISM is not only the eradication of all existing “races,” BUT also of all existing cultures, with the creation of a new Uni-culture coming out of it...at least “ideally.” That idea mostly appeals to multi-national Corporations who see more customers as the optimum Corporate strategy.

Make no mistake, Corporations and international banks have always led governments, NOT the reverse. Policy doesn’t “bubble up” among elected officials/legislators, it is dictated to those managers by Corporate officials, often referred to as “Lobbyists.” Lobbyists are often wrongly seen as Corporate shills who go to Washington, D.C. to curry favor, when, in truth, they go to D.C. and other Capitols with the dictates of the major banks and Corporations, which are demanded of by their “bought & paid for” political managers.

Corporations DON’T NEED to curry favor from professional politicians, it’s the reverse – politicians, ALL politicians must first curry favor with the Corporations in order to get elected and then maintain the favor of those Corporations to remain in Office.

Today, in the U.S. we have a political kabuki theater. BOTH Parties are entirely Corporately owned. BOTH deliver the agenda favored by the international banks and multi-national Corporations. George Carlin intimated this in his bit, “The Owners of America.” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dY4WlxO6i0)
