Blocking a roadway over "vitally important issues," trivializes those issues...AND is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
When Municipalities don't do what is right, then good, decent, productive citizens must.
We NEED to revisit James Madison's suggestion that, "An individual in the commission of a crime has no standing under the law and thus no rights that either government NOR the people must respect."
Madison was a great and sadly often overlooked Founder. He also said that lawyers should be barred from serving in legislatures. He saw the innate conflict of interest in that dynamic and felt lawyers should be consigned to the Judiciary, &/or Executive Branch.
BOTH those things would've improved America's original Constitution.
Sadly, today we have no one in politics that measures up to the level of Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, Hamilton and Jay.
We DO however STILL have good and decent, PRODUCTIVE citizens, like this guy who single handedly stopped a gaggle of goofballs from blocking a street over...whatever dumb idea sprang into their dimwitted minds.
All hail this working man!
