The UBI is a SCAM. It
makes EVERYONE a welfare recipient.
Moreover, that "basic income" de facto becomes the new poverty level. (https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/jun/23/universal-basic-income-ubi-welfare-state)
There certainly IS an incentive to work/produce and earn more than that minimum, BUT it requires tax rates so high, that it becomes extremely difficult to do.
It's Communism-Lite, or semi-feudalism.
The SCAM
is that NOT ONLY will welfare,
Section 8 Housing Vouchers, Food Stamps, etc. be "rolled into" this
UBI, but it’s very possible that Social Security, SSDI, possibly even public
pensions will all be rolled into this UBI.
