May 22nd, 2016 marks the 3-year anniversary of the horrific murder of British Fusilier Lee Rigby on the streets of Woolwich...in broad daylight.
A 190-page parliamentary report into the role of British intelligence services dramatically undermined that group’s standing, as information emerged that England’s MPs may not have given the full details of how MI6 sought to recruit one of Rigby's killers as a double agent, in the months before the murder.
In late November, 2014, Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) cleared the security services of blame after suggestions that they could have prevented the killing of Fusilier Lee Rigby in Woolwich in May of 2013.
The revelations have raised serious questions about the accountability of Britain's security services to Parliament at a time when they are seeking greater powers to combat the threat from Islamic terror groups.
Michael Adebolajo, together with Michael Adebowale, murdered Lee Rigby, 25, in a brutal attack outside Woolwich barracks, south-east London, in May 2013.
MPs on the ISC, the parliamentary watchdog of the secret intelligence services, were told that Adebolajo had been known to them since 2006 after meeting radical Muslim figures and attending extremist meetings. They claimed interest in him waned until they were told he’d been arrested in Kenya while trying to get to Somalia to with join al-Shabaab, an al-Qaeda-linked terror group.
However, an investigation by The Independent on Sunday shows that, contrary to what MPs were told, there is evidence that MI6 planned a complex operation to track him to Kenya and "turn him" in an effort to create a double agent to infiltrate extremist groups in Britain.
None of this should be surprising, given that ALL governments seem to engage in such “gamesmanship.”
But WHY?!
So-called “Double Agents” have notoriously been a double edged sword. Most have proven to have been both unpredictable and unreliable, but the use of "double agents" aren't the only ways that governments often, wittingly or not, put their own citizens at risk.
In the late 1960s, then CIA Director, Richard Helms said, “We do not target American citizens...The nation must to a degree take it on faith that we who lead the CIA are honorable men, devoted to the nation’s service.” (Richard Helms)
THAT, was a lie.
Moreover, Helms, like most of the modern pseudo-elites DID NOT get to his position via any special merits, although he was certainly a very bright fellow, he was also and far more importantly “born right.”
Richard McGarrah Helms, (30 Mar. 1913-23 Oct. 2002) was born in Saint Davids, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, the son of Herman Helms, an executive for the Aluminum Company of America, and mother Marion McGarrah. His maternal grandfather, Gates McGarrah, was a leading international banker.
In short, Richard Helms was born “groomed for a leading government role.”
But such governmental duplicity and abuse is nothing new. Back in 1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infected human subjects with cancer cells.
He later went on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and was named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he began a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.
In 1953 U.S. military released clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia, allegedly to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents.
In 1953 Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments were conducted in which tens of thousands of people in New York and San Francisco were exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.
Then in 1955 The CIA, in an experiment to test its ability to infect human populations with biological agents, released a bacteria withdrawn from the Army's biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Fl.
1956 saw the U.S. military release mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, Ga. and Avon Park, Fl. Following each test, Army agents posing as public health officials tested victims for effects.
In an infamous New York City Subway incident in 1966 the U.S. Army dispensed a Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City subway system. More than a million civilians were exposed when army scientists dropped lightbulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates.

Not surprisingly, both Dr. Timothy Leary (the LSD “guru”) and Charles Manson have been linked to the CIA’s MK-ULTRA experiments in mind control.
It turns out that Charles Manson had spent time in solitary confinement at Folsom Prison when a new inmate was placed in the adjoining cell. That new inmate was Tim Leary, who later admitted working for the DEA at the time. "They took you off the streets", Manson allegedly informed Leary, "so that I could continue with your work." Allegedly, Charles Manson couldn't understand how Leary had given so many people acid without trying to "control" them.
In his book, Helter Skelter, Manson prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi discussed Manson's programming techniques in depth, likening much of Manson's programming abilities to those used by the U.S. military.
Manson was in Vacaville prison during the time that the CIA was known to be using inmates at Vacaville prison in the MKULTRA experiments, a fact that has led to much speculation that perhaps Manson was some sort of mind-controlled guru created by the CIA and set loose against the "subversive" elements in order to discredit them.
In many of Manson’s interviews he’d say things like, "I'm only what I've been trained to be.” In one interview he said. “Jimmy Carter made me what I am."
Tex Watson (the on-scene leader in the Tate-LaBianca murders) recounted in his testimony that Manson used other drugs such as "mescaline, psilocybin, and the THC, and STP" and described a "mental acid" that "drew stuff out of your mind; and the other (body acid)...would be drawing your body."
Later, when asked about the use of drugs in the Manson family Watson said, "People seem to think that Manson had all of us drugged out, while he remained sober so he could easily manipulate our minds. This may be true, but a sorcerer such as Manson uses mind-altering drugs himself in order to contact spiritual beings, and gain supernatural powers.
"He did use drugs to manipulate and control us, and the more drugs we took, the easier it was for him to manipulate us with his philosophy. We all began to reflect his views, a mirror image of destruction, growing worse every day. We mirrored his lifestyle and attitude toward society."
Orange Sunshine LSD was manufactured and distributed exclusively by a group known as "The Brotherhood of Eternal Love" who operated out of a beach resort near Los Angeles. The Brotherhood had among its drug manufacturers and dealers, one Ronald Stark, who is believed to have manufactured 50 million doses of LSD, and had known connections to the CIA. So, is it really all that surprising that Britain’s MI6 may have attempted to recruit one of Lee Rigby’s murderer’s and failed to warn local authorities of the extreme danger this individual posed?
