The Dilemma Our Out-of-Step and Insular Corporate Media Faces

Image result for Brian Stelter
CNN's Brian Stelter (Reliable Sources)

The question of the day seems to be, WHY do so many in the media see Trump as "the disease," when he's actually ONLY a symptom of a much deeper condition? People like myself SHOULD BE the National media's prime demographic (born/raised in NYC, advanced degree, professional wife, good lifestyle) but I revile what appears to be a Corporately scripted and filtered “news” delivery and the ham-handedness of the National Media on virtually ALL major issues. I now believe that ALL of our news is manipulated and ALL outlets are given, in effect, "marching orders" by their corporate masters. I'm far from alone...many, MANY Americans believe the SAME and more are coming around every day.

I probably come off as "reviling Corporatism," when in fact, I probably appreciate Corporatism more than most of those in the media do...our Multi-National Corporations have created the products and jobs we all depend upon, they’ve pretty much shaped the modern world we all live in. UNFORTUNATELY, however, they HAVE NOT made an affirmative and straightforward case for a founding principle of theirs - MULTICULTURALISM. Academia has failed because the vast majority of College educated folks wind up turned against that by actual events in our lives.

The media has failed and I believe it has because the English majors who predominate there, simply aren't able to make the case for such complex ideas. That takes at least an interest in and aptitude for the math. So, the National media simply assumes that "most people support multiculturalism," even though the enemies of multiculturalism on BOTH sides have been doing a much better job of making their case. The anti-Corporatists in the West and the jihadists in the Muslim world. Ironically enough, BOTH of share at least one ideological enemy in common, so it seems.

I might have been receptive to an honest assessment, in that regard, HAD the Corporate controllers affirmatively made the case for "raising the rest of the world’s economies at the expense of the West, in order to eventually have a more thriving global marketplace,” even the case that, “Through global commerce, we can eliminate the core things (religion, ethnicity, etc.”) that have divided people through the ages and resulted in the bulk of our wars."

Those sound like reasonable arguments,” although they’d be somewhat more compelling IF they weren’t made by Corporate entities that at every turn have profiteered off of war and slaughter.

Today that cynicism has overtaken everything. Tim Carney’s book “The Big Ripoff,” has even brought that same kind of  cynicism to the environmental movement...painting it as, in effect, “a lobbying effort bought and paid for by “BIG Energy,” that is designed to lobby consumers to push for higher energy prices.”

In the end, the biggest advantage the anti-Corporatists (including those opposed to what is increasingly seen as a “Corporate media”) is that the media isn’t merely insular, it almost HAS TO BE (remain) so, if it is to continue pushing the Corporatist meme it’s been invested in.

Now, there is a HUGE and growing web of small bloggers, twitter users, etc. that are reaching an ever-growing swell of the populace, even though individually, they aren’t reaching many more, if ANY more people than they’ve reached before. This movement needs to organized structure and has none, making it impossible to address and much harder to rein in.

There are also the optics, which, for the proponents of multiculturalism, are awful. Within a week of the NY Times printing a headline, “Donald Trump Finds a New City to Insult – Brussels,” Brussels is attacked by jihadists and Trump looks like a genius and the NY Times like imbeciles.

How frustrating must THAT be?

Worse still is the American media’s coverage of Europe where anti-multicultural (anti-immigrant) Parties have been gaining strength for years. A CNN reporter introduced that topic saying, “Here in Belgium where so many are the descendants of immigrants.”

Wha...wha...wha...WHAT?!

No part of Europe has anything like, “A strong immigrant heritage,” so WHY lie? Or at least, WHY appear to lie about something like? Moreover, why continue to downplay the dilemma Europe now faces?

The “Refugees” from the Middle East (primarily Syria) were almost entirely young, military-aged males. Indeed, where were the women and children? More than 3/4s of that group were young males! That has turned out to be “an invading force,” fueling anti-immigrant rage.

INSTEAD of denying that obvious problem, a problem no different than would be flooding the Muslim Mid-East with large groups of ANTI-Muslims and acting “shocked” at the Arab’s anti-immigrant response. CNN and other American outlets are doing exactly that in Europe right now...and looking like fools doing it!

The interesting question for me, is should the current Corporatist oligarchy fall, exactly WHAT will replace, WHO will fill the vacuum?

It doesn’t appear as anyone in the social media community, or anywhere else has even thought about that...nor seems to care much at all.

Some NON-Comedic Humor From Bill Krystol

Image result for Bill Kristol
Billy Krystol...Neocon

Billy Krystol...NOT "THAT" Billy Crystal, the OTHER comic, who edits the Weekly Standard, really hates him some Donald Trump.

Billy's always joking around, saying things like, Donald Trump isn't qualified to be POTUS!

Funny story, the current occupant PROVED that there are absolutely NO/ZERO standards or qualifications for that job. I mean RIGHT NOW, he's "dealing with a massive international terrorist act" from a baseball game in Cuba! How AWESOME is THAT?! You don't learn shit like that in any school! Bill Clinton had sex...lots and LOTS of sex, in the White House, so how hard can that job possibly be?

What Billy REALLY doesn't like is that Donald J Trump Billionaire ISN'T part of the GOPe...which Billy Krystol absolutely LOVES. Krystol calls himself, "The Bush's #1 sycophant, toady and lackey," I kid you NOT.

I thought that line was a lot funnier when Curtis Sliwa used it about him and his hero Rudy. Yeah, right as Rudy was doling out five figure raises to Deputy Mayors and Commissioners while ZEROING OUT cops, teachers and firefighters...funny stuff.

Recently, while on the Steve Malzberg radio show, Krystol said, "I guess their [the RNC] job is to support the official Republican candidate, but I don't support Donald Trump and I certainly hope we can deny him the Republican nomination. I want to explore the possibility of an independent Republican if Trump is the Republican nominee." (http://www.newsmax.com/…/bill-kristo…/2016/03/22/id/720370/…)

So, right now, Billy Krystol's answer to a Trump candidacy is recruiting former Texas Gov. Rick Perry to challenge Trump in the general election this November!

WoW! Just...WoW!

Look, if the ANSWER is "Rick Perry," then the question was idiotic.

You know, if he keeps working on this "shtick," Billy Krystol could very well rival Billy Crystal...in the comedic world, at least.

Politically Billy Crystal is STILL worlds ahead of where Bill Krystol is right now...

WoW! It's True, IT'S TRUE...The Easter Bunny Really Does Hate US!

The Infamous "Easter Bunny Brawl"

Just as this YouTube video says, "One day a year the Easter Bunny gives out candy...the other 364 days...he's kicking ass! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OafXHh5IZ2A

You gooooo boyeeee!

I got ya jelly beans....RIGHT HERE!
.
.
ADDENDUM: Video apparently shows shopper hitting the Easter Bunny first...apparently dopey DIDN'T see the above video! The Easter Bunny REALLY DOES kick ass! Apparently he "LOVES Bruce Lee" and "HATES us."
.
.
ADDENDUM II: NJ.com reports: "One day after charges were filed against two men involved in the now infamous Easter Bunny brawl at Newport Centre mall, their girlfriends continued the spat by throwing verbal haymakers after court today." (http://www.nj.com/…/huge_rabbit_head_protected_brawling_eas…)

"The EASTER BUNNY Brawl"...now THAT'S top notch journalism, right there. Pithy, catchy, memorable...brings the essence of the story home in a very declarative way. See, I would've probably went with something lame, like, "Cat Fight Over Bunny Rabbit," or something like that, because the "girlfriends" joined in the festivities later on.

Buried inside the story, however, is the fact that the father involved, Juan Jimenez-Guerrero, has 12 prior arrests in New Jersey, 4 of them, disorderly conduct convictions & 1 unspecified "criminal conviction."

(Isn't "disorderly conduct" a "crime" anymore? Just asking...)

He also has 8 prior arrests in New York, where he's wanted on a fugitive from justice warrant (ergo his bashing an Easter Bunny in...NEW JERSEY). His bail was set at $25,000 with a 10 percent cash option, so he could walk out by putting up $2,500, DESPITE having an outstanding criminal warrant from New York!

So this guy isn't only NOT "father of the year," he's a poster child for our lax criminal justice system!

I mean 20 arrests...and STILL out after skipping out on a warrant....a "Fugitive From Justice" warrant, no less (that IS SERIOUS, isn't it?)...all of that kind of makes a mockery of what we call "Criminal Justice," doesn't it?

The saddest part of the story however, is about the forgotten man...NO, not the Easter Bunny, the guy who PLAYED the Easter Bunny, 22 y/o Kassim Charles. His girlfriend had to explain why Kassim, a/k/a "Bunny Rabbit" wasn't able to fight so effectively:
(1) that big bunny head that you can barely see out of

(2) those soft bunny mittens that make throwing a real effective punch near impossible

and (3) all that candy and candy wrappers around him that made it hard to get his footing down.

I think Bunny Rabbit wants a rematch and I'm putting my $$$ on Kassim Charles.

You CAN'T make This Stuff Up....

Whoops! Someone forgot their gloves!
.
.
.
Seriously? Is this a Blazing Saddles redo?

Sadly no, it's Liberal, Dem protesters at a Trump rally.

This phenomenon has gotten so popular that it exploded at an Arizona Trump rally yesterday (Saturday, March 19th, 2016) (http://www.wnd.com/2016/02/desperate-hoax-kkk-trump-supporters-were-black/).

There's a strange obsession with nazism and racism on the Left. CNN's Jake Tapper is such an expert (referring to countless recent David Duke videos....must be a really BIG fan) that you don't have to search for David Duke anymore, you can just pretty much tune into Jake Tapper on CNN!

Gawker recently got Donald Trump to approve of a Mussolini quote, "It is better to live 1 year as a lion, then 100 years as a sheep." That quote is the affirmation of EVERY winner, in EVERY age! And not to put too fine a point on it, Mussolini brought Italy from a fractured, unworkable polyglot nation into a smooth, systemic whole that functioned seamlessly. "Even the trains ran on time."

The other day, the editors at Gawker all laughingly approved of this quote, "Sooner will a camel pass through a needle's eye than a great man be 'discovered' by an election." THAT very vital and 100% correct quote is attributed to, of all people....Adolph Hitler. (http://www.brainyquote.com/quot…/authors/a/adolf_hitler.html)

Sooooo, what do things like that prove?

Maybe what David Duke himself has said they would,"Comparing Trump to Hitler may very well reform and improve the legacy of Hitler."

Hmmmmm, it'd certainly be an ironic twist if a gay, British son of a Hungarian Jewish mother (Nick Denton) would assist in reforming the image of Adolph Hitler, wouldn't it?

Weird!

At any rate, given that these are "the tactics" of the Left, the political Right MUST be given a "no holds barred" approach to this coming election. I expect and relish the "dirty tricks" coming from the masters of that platform.

How Can You Defend THIS?!

Mondelez a Multi-National Conglomerate

After explaining over 600 U.S. layoffs as due to automation, NOT Out-Sourcing, or Off-Shoring, USA Today reports, "That Nabisco, a subsidiary of Mondelez, paid a worldwide tax rate of 7.5 percent last year. This is well below the United States’s statutory 35 percent corporate tax rate and also substantially below Mexico’s 30 percent rate. If Mondelez is avoiding taxes through its foreign activities, it is more likely that the company’s subsidiaries in the Bahamas and the Netherlands are responsible.

"Call It a Double Whammy

"While losing 600 jobs would deal a body blow to Chicago working families, the $6 billion of profits that Mondelez moved offshore in just the last year (and the needed tax contributions it is able to avoid because of this action) represent yet another way the company is harming working families.

"Mondelez now has a total of $19.2 billion in “permanently reinvested” offshore profits, but the company refuses to disclose how much of those profits are being held in tax havens or whether any foreign tax has been paid on these billions of dollars in profits." (http://www.taxjusticeblog.org/archive/2016/03/double_stuff_oreos_double_wham.php#.Vu2WmeIrKUn)

THIS is yet another example of how Multi-National Corporations, which started here, can so easily turn their back on America and the American workers who built those companies.

AND it's becoming a political football for everyone! (http://money.cnn.com/2016/03/11/news/companies/oreo-trump-clinton/)

WoW! David Rockefeller Will be 101 this June!....And STILL a Globalist One-Worlder

David Rockefeller

Oldsters....they really are so cute at that age...

David Rockefeller, the last former member of the unofficial royal family of American Wealth, has admitted in an article in the UK Independent, that if he is accused of being involved in conspiracies to bring about a ‘one world state’, or "New World Order," then he's proud of that and guilty as charged.

In HIS words: “Some even believe [the Rockefellers] are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterising my family and me as ‘internationalists’ conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I’m proud of it.”

Donald Trump Goes on Fox News & Says ‘Nobody Told Me’ About Debate

It looks like Donald Trump WILL NOT make the Fox News March 21st Debate. He says he's delivering a speech to AIPAC on that night and will honor that commitment. Beyond that, FNC has been no friend to the Trump candidacy.

Toward the end of this clip, Trump responds truthfully to the assertion that "The voters LOVE the debates," when he replies, "You know who LOVES the debates? The Networks. They love the...well the Democratic Debates get lousy ratings, but the Republican debates get good ratings...if I'm in it."

That's pretty much true!

After this announcement, Kasich pulled out and FNC subsequently cancelled the debate

Sometimes The BIGGEST LIES Come From Our Own National Media!

Abdullahi Mohamed

FICTION: “Refugee shot by Salt Lake City police fled violence, squalor in search of a ‘better life,’” by Lindsay Whitehurst, Associated Press, March 7, 2016

FACT: Police say Abdullahi Mohamed and a second person were beating a homeless man with metal rods when officers intervened in the February 27th incident. The officers fired after Mohamed moved toward the beaten man instead of immediately obeying a command to drop the rod, police said.

Soooo, WHY....EXACTLY, would an AP reporter write up the story in such a way as to puff up (make look better) the Muslim punk beating a defenseless homeless man?

Because the Corporately owned media' owners directed them to do so. There's no other possible reason.

It's absolutely inconceivable that Ms. Whitehurst could be smitten by either smelly refugees, or misogynistic Muslim culture, so it's got to be the media's "Corporatist Culture."

Milwaukee Monster Kills Three Neighbors in Racial Killing Spree

Dan Popp, 39, was charged Thursday with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of 40-year-old Jesus Manso-Perez, 36-year-old Phia Vue and 32-year-old Mai Vue.
Dan Popp

According to neighbors, 39 y/o Dan Popp allegedly "has some problems."

TODAY he has a LOT more of them!

The Milwaukee man allegedly told three of his neighbors “you guys got to go” before allegedly shooting them dead after learning at least one of the victims was from Puerto Rico.

Dan J. Popp, 39, has been charged with three counts of first-degree homicide for the murders of Jesus Manso-Perez, 40, Mai Vue, 32 and Phia Vue, 36 in their apartment building on the city’s south side.

Now THIS is the clear and accurate way that ALL inter-racial violence SHOULD BE covered.

Too bad that's generally NOT the case.

The BIG Media LIE of Blaming Trump for Leftist "Anger"... Monday, March 14, 2016

PLEASE be VERY careful when viewing ANYTHING on "America's Corporatist Media." They aren't just "paid to lie," they are hired to do/say whatever the Corporations that own them demand that they say.

Where did "multiculturalism," social Marxism (a/k/a "liberalism"), the denigration of Western values and opposition to the nuclear family come from?

That's ALL been packaged and marketed by our own MULTI-NATIONAL Corporations.

I AM the "Slim Shady"...

UWG Debaters to Harvard Debaters - "KILL Yourselves!"

Love that Eminem tune!...."Will the REAL Slim Shady please stand up...PLEASE stand up...PLEASE STAND UP!"

At any rate, Harvard's Debate Team recently invited some...well, knuckle draggers, to put it nicely, up to Cambridge, Mass from the good old University of West Georgia...and UWG debaters didn't disappoint, as they did their very best rendition of, "Will the REAL knuckle draggers please stand up...PLEASE stand up...PLEASE STAND UP!"

And they did it quite well actually, proving Schopenhauer's LAW yet again. To refresh, Schopenhauer's Law goes, "Add a teaspoon of sewage to a vat of fine wine and you get sewage. Add a teaspoon of fine wine to a vat of sewage and you get...sewage."

In short, if you admit a member of the Knucklis Draggus family (those with IQs between say, 70 and 90) into institutions of higher learning, well....you get the expected, "Knucklis Draggus IN....Knucklis Draggus OUT." In other words, education doesn't make an 80 IQ person any "smarter." It DOES NOT and CANNOT raise their IQs, so, at the end of this expensive process, you wind up with an extremely frustrated 80 IQ person (a/k/a "a knuckle dragger") who's head hurts from looking at all those books and numbers...and books.

See what I mean?

The really sad, even pathetic thing about all this is the ongoing charade. Harvard administrators and the Harvard Debaters PRETENDING that the Knuckle Draggers among them were "students" who actually took learning seriously.

FOLKS...people with sub-normal IQs DON'T EVER take "learning" seriously. It makes their hair hurt!

At any rate, THIS is an example of WHY Affirmative Action DOESN'T WORK...and further, it also gives an insight into exactly the kind of racial bigots that populate the "Black Lives Matter" and "F*uck the Police" movements...just making a note of that.

According to the article, "Ironically, the debate topic was supposed to be about renewable energy."

Uhhhhh HELLO Harvard Administrators!? Knuckle Draggers don't even know what "renewable energy" is.

How are they gonna debate about something like that?!

Florida Homeowner Shoots and Kills Teen Burglary Suspect....Now His Family Is Mad...Whaaaaa! Whaaaaa!!!!

Image result for Trevon Johnson FL
The late Trevon Johnson

His family says: “You have to look at it from every child’s point of view that was raised in the hood. You have to understand...how he gonna get his money to have clothes to go to school? You have to look at it from his point-of-view.” Yeah..."Keepin' it REAL!" (http://miami.cbslocal.com/…/teen-burglary-suspect-killed-h…/)

The TRUTH is....NO YOU DON'T!

We DON'T have to "LOOK AT crime through the offender's eyes." Didn't Dave Chappel do a bit on how "Keepin' It REAL" often leads to some VERY bad outcomes?

Sadly (for the Johnsons), other people DO NOT "have to" look at things from a semi-literate primate's viewpoint. SORRY, but they just DON'T!

The sister of the teen who died identified him as Trevon Johnson and said that he was a student at nearby D. A. Dorsey Technical College.

“I don’t care if she have her gun license or any of that. That is way beyond the law...way beyond,” (ACTUALLY, it’s NOT “way beyond the law” at all) said Johnson’s cousin Nautika Harris. “He was not supposed to die like this. He had a future ahead of him. Trevon had goals...he was a funny guy, very big on education, loved learning.”

No...that doesn’t make any sense, so it’s almost certainly NOT true. Generally, “teens” who are “good students” and “love learning,” are virtually universally nonviolent. I know that sounds strange, but it’s true!

On the other hand, a LOT of very violent offenders ARE indeed “funny guys,” at least to those “in their crew.”

The GOPe’s REAL Dilemma

Image result for Donald Trump
Donald J. Trump

The problem isn't with the "Trumpsters," it's with the GOP itself.

I'm a lifelong, registered Democrat...a "Pat Buchanan Democrat," is how I put it, although now-a-days, I'm probably more of a "Pat Buchanan Independent." I've rarely voted for a Democrat for national office, BUT I STILL revile Country Club Republicans worse that ANY group around. I would've very possibly switched allegiances had that Party wisely sided with the right-thinking PJB over the fatally flawed Bushies back in 1992.

Like virtually ALL Conservatives I'm AGAINST In-Sourcing cheap labor, primarily because I'm a lifelong UNION worker and also because, while my side has early & often made arguments that pretty much go, "Well-paid, well-pensioned workers with good benefits packages do more to improve an economy than grossly overpaid CEOs and that higher wages do NOT put much of an upward pressure on overall business costs," while the other side (if it even really exists, outside a few Hedge Funders and Corporate CEOs), has NOT made ANY real arguments against that.

Like most Conservatives I'm also firmly AGAINST multi-culturalism, ESPECIALLY the inane idea that ALL people, ALL CULTURES are interchangeable. Along with that, of course, I'm strongly opposed to race/gender preferences, or "segregated standards."

On so many other issues (abortion, gay rights, etc) we can agree to disagree among ourselves, as they are mostly "side issues."

The GOP "establishment," or GOPe has NOT been aligned with right-thinking Americans on either of those main issues....and NOW, they must either change....or simply get out of the way.

The GOPe is right to fear Trump. What Trump represents is a hostile takeover of the original Corporatist Party in America. Corporatism was championed by patrician GOP haters of America's working class, like the incredibly overrated and cartoonishly mythologized Teddy Roosevelt. TR started the very FIRST Progressive (Corporatist) Party in America.

Corporatism IS "Progressivism."

Where do the calls for In-Sourcing (cheap labor) and Out-Sourcing factories and jobs come from? PRIMARILY, they come from our own MULTI-NATIONAL Corporate suites.

Likewise, where did the original and ONGOING calls for multi-culturalism come from? Yup, SAME suites! Like CitiBank's recent internal memo telling workers there that terms like "husband" and "wife" were no longer "appropriate" and MUST BE replaced with "non-judgmental" terms like "partner."

The enemies of Conservatism are NOT the unwashed and ineducable mutts in the OWS or BLM movements. Most of those folks are fur-bearing dolts. No, the REAL hardcore enemies of REAL Conservatism are in Corporate America, the Corporatists who own the media and control BOTH major political Parties.

The idea of "riots" should Trump NOT get the GOP nomination even having the most delegates by far is nonsense....working people don't "riot." What happens is all those votes....all those Dems (like me)
and others who've crossed over to vote FOR Trump, most of that 60% increase in "GOP voter turnout" simply....just goes away.

The GOPe are NOT the only ones who'd rather see a Hillary than a Bush, or "Lehman Brother" Kasich, or Rubio....I and most of those Trump voters would too.

WHY?

Because at least Democratic "Progressives" are honest and upfront about their support for In-Sourcing and multiculturalism...and HONESTY counts for a LOT. I disagree with, even revile those positions, BUT I KNOW that the GOPe holds those very SAME positions but dishonestly acts as if...they don't.

That's the reason Leftists could always get away with extra-Marital affairs and other underhanded things we wouldn't tolerate from Republicans and Conservatives....the Dems were HONEST and upfront about flaunting convention and NOT adhering to the rules those others swore to.

See how that works?

It's NOT a "double standard" IF you've embraced the standard and your opponents have not.

Here's the thing, the GOP as currently constituted CANNOT be saved.

Moreover, it SHOULDN'T BE saved, because it's NOT worth saving. We already have a Corporatist/Progressive Party in the Democrats, we DON'T need another. Besides the Democrats are actually better at selling that.

I've always thought that we Conservatives would have to find some way to re-takeover the Democratic party and bring it back to its original, Southern "Boll weevil" roots, BUT Trump has given the populist, REAL Conservatives a chance to steal the GOP from the effete, Progressive GOPe of Lindsay Graham, the Bush's the McCain's, the Hatch's, etc.

You know, perhaps it'd be GOOD if the GOPe screws Trump. It'd prove to everyone that BOTH major Parties work hand-in-glove to suppress the "will of the people." It may also very well drive those populist Tea Party Conservatives who've supported Trump may be forced to find common ground
with populists across the political spectrum (many of them ALSO oppose In-Sourcing and "segregated standards" when its put to them correctly) and maybe a new coalition, a ruling coalition could built from that!
