Cindy Sheehan's become a 9/11-Truther. OK, no big shock there, given that kooks tend to be attracted to conspiracy theories.
Still Cidy Sheehan's joined the conspiracy theorists in declaring that the 9/11 attack on the WTC "looked like a controlled demolition."
As the New Editor reports, "... as Cindy Sheehan joins the crowd, judging from her comments made on the radio show of conspiracy theorist extraordinaire Alex Jones.
"Speaking on the collapse of the twin towers, Sheehan stated, "It does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm not an expert - but it does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm looking at common sense."
"Speaking on the collapse of the twin towers, Sheehan stated, "It does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm not an expert - but it does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm looking at common sense."
"I do see some very high profile people saying it was an inside job," concluded Sheehan.
.
WoW!
WoW!
First, Rosie declares that fire can't melt steel (Whooops! forget that steeel begins to melt at 1200 degrees F) and now Cindy disagrees with virtually every structural engineer, in apparently agreeing that "a pancake collapse is indicative of a controlled demolition."
I can attest to the fact that pancake collapses are NOT uncommon in fires. I've seen numerous pancake collapses in vacant buildings, with steel girder supports, impacted by fire.
So THIS is the state of the American far-Left now!
I'm happy to see this.

What did you expect from the imbecile, JMK?
ReplyDeleteDeep insight?
In truth, a recent poll shows that 33% of Democrats believe that the WH knew of the impending attacks of 9/11. As Sheehan is from the left fringe, she easily fits into this percentile.
I am certain that if her tiny brain knows who Paul Wellstone was that she believes that he was killed intentionally as well.
You're almost certainly right, but believing that the WTC attacks were "an inside job" is different and worse (more paranoid) than even believing the WH knew about them in advance.
ReplyDeleteA "controlled demolition" inisinuates that it wasn't the planes that brought the towers down.
That's where the WGC ("Weapons Grade Crazy") line starts...and anyone who believes that, has crossed it.
The derangement seems to be deepening; these guys are actually beginning to scare me. If it weren't for the fact that it is endangering our country, it would be no more than a good laugh.
ReplyDeleteThis theory was also disproven by the recent truck accident in San Francisco in which a freeway overpass collapsed. The truck was hauling gasoline, and as as reported by NBC San Diego, "Heat from the fire, which reached temperatures estimated at up to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, caused the metal bolts and girders on the highway connector ramp above to melt. The overpass then gave way and collapsed."
Surprise, surprise. Must have been one more of Bush's attempts to jack up gas prices.
That's absolutely correct Mick. That truck accident spawled the roadway and melted some of the rebar.
ReplyDeleteThe editors of Popular Mechanics magazine have painstakingly debunked virtually EVERY 9/11 conspiracy by going to engineers and other experts and that is all chronicled in their excellent book entitled Debunking 9/11 Myths

Of course, kooks don't care to read much, so they're a little slow on the uptake on all this.
Yeah, seriously, does this really surprise anyone? This is the woman who lionized her son's murderers as "freedom fighters," and openly fawned over Hugo Chavez for his opposition to our country's government.
ReplyDeleteYeah Barry, that was a strange way to mourn a son - defending his terrorist killers/illegal combatants as "freedom fighters."
ReplyDeleteStill this new turn as a "Truther" is amusing, if not unexpected.
