The Problem With Racializing Events

America's National Media Plays Along....With the BIG LIE

Some events very much ARE racial/ethnic in nature, but many others are not, but it’s easy to racialize even non-racial events because race/ethnicity is easy to see, while ideology isn’t.

For instance, the “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) movement grew out of, what appears to be a wrongheaded, view that police shoot and kill more black people than members of any other ethnic group.

That turns out to be false.

It turns out that despite the widely held view that black Americans are systemically targeted by the police, analysis shows that more white people die at the hands of law enforcement officers than any other race.

Peter Moskos, an assistant professor at New York City University’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice, has concluded that during the period ranging from May 2013 to April of 2015 roughly 49% of those killed by LEOs were white, while only 30% were black.

The stats are even more glaring when such deaths are adjusted for the homicide rates. Then data shows that whites are 1.7 times more likely than blacks die at the hands of police,” Moskos said.

Moskos added, “Adjusted for the racial disparity at which police are feloniously killed, whites are 1.3 times more likely than blacks to die at the hands of police.” (http://www.thefederalistpapers.org/us/study-more-whites-killed-by-police-than-blacks)

It’s easy to see why the radicalized BLM movement would be seen as representing black America, even though they clearly do not.  The faces of that movement are indeed black, the areas in which they organize are predominantly black and all of us, in school are taught to generalize from the local to the global, from the specific to the more general, predisposing us to such generalizations socially, as well.

While it turns out that the BLM movement very much DOES represent a specific sub-set of African-Americans, it is also a sub-set that has been grossly overlooked by Americans who’ve too often subsumed them into the larger black community, which is highly unfortunate, because it gives such radicalized groups the perceived cover of representing larger “group grievances,” when they, in fact, DO NOT.

It’s similar to the mistaken way we view serial killers. When most people think of serial killers they reflexively think of the likes of John Wayne Gacey, Ted Bundy, the “BTK killer” (Dennis Rader), Ed Gien, the “Green River Killer” (Gary Ridgway), Jeffrey Dahmer, etc.

What do ALL those serial killers have in common?

They’re all white.

It turns out that the list of black serial killers is also very long. Including the likes of Matthew Emanuel Macon (Murdered and Raped 5 White Women in Lansing), Shelly Brooks (Murdered 7 prostitutes in Detroit Cass Corridor), Brian Ranard Davis (6 women known murdered), Paul Durousseau (Seven women), Mark Goudeau “The Baseline Killer” (Eight women and a man in 2005-2006), Coral Eugene Watts (11 women in Texas & 1 in Michigan)among many others.

In other words, many of our initial suppositions about the racialization of things is wrong.

The reason that’s important is that it takes away the focus on those dysfunctional people in every group and, by blaming an entire ethnic group, regular, average people from such groups are put on the defensive, which gives even further cover to the dysfunctional among us all.

That FYF911 or FukYoFlag group down in Texas is, without question, a vile hate group that has to be dealt with. From its verbiage and the most recent result, it’s very similar to the Zebra Killers in California a few decades ago. The Zebra Killings were made much harder to solve because of the false perception that that group (1) didn’t actually exist (an initial mistaken view), (2) the media’s fears that focusing on the obvious racial element in that group might inflame anti-black bigotry overall...again, subsuming a fringe, radicalized group into the larger whole. A graphic history of the Zebra Killings can be found (http://www.heretical.com/miscella/zebra.html).

Ironically enough, racializing, or generalizing smaller subsets as representing the larger group makes it harder to discern the actual truth and more difficult to bring the violently dysfunctional to justice.

Let’s hope that we can learn from the past and NOT give Ms. “Sunshine” and her FYF911 group the latitude that the Zebra Killers got back in the 1970s. While FYF911 IS very much a “black group,” it very much DOES NOT represent much of black America.

Is It Possible That Some Texas Hate Groups Might Be Able to be Charged as "Accessories Before the Fact" in the Assassination of Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth?

Image result for fukyoflagImage result for fukyoflag
"Sunshine" of FukYoFlaf                           Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth

If Shannon Miles acted on calls by specific local, radicalized hate groups to "kill cops" and "lynch white people," WHY wouldn't the active members of such groups that made those calls on the air, be held to account for crimes such as "inciting violence," "conspiracy to commit..." even "Accessory Before the Act, "etc.?

According to Breitbart.com, "Members of the ‪#‎FYF911‬ or ‪#‎FukYoFlag‬ and‪#‎BlackLivesMatter‬ movements called for the lynching and hanging of white people and cops. They encouraged others on a radio show Tuesday night (on the Tuesday before Officer Goforth was assassinated) to “turn the tide” and kill white people and cops to send a message about the killing of black people in America.

"One of the F***YoFlag organizers is called “Sunshine.” She has a radio blog show hosted from Texas called, “Sunshine’s F***ing Opinion Radio Show.”...

"...Breitbart Texas previously reported how Sunshine was upset when “racist white people” infiltrated and disrupted one of her conference calls. She subsequently released the phone number of one of the infiltrators. The veteran immediately started receiving threatening calls.

"One of the #F***YoFlag movement supporters allegedly told a veteran who infiltrated their publicly posted conference call, “We are going to rape and gut your pregnant wife, and your f***ing piece of sh*t unborn creature will be hung from a tree.”

"Breitbart Texas previously encountered Sunshine at a Sandra Bland protest at the Waller County Jail in Texas, where she said all white people should be killed. She told journalists and photographers, “You see this nappy-ass hair on my head? … That means I am one of those more militant Negroes.” She said she was at the protest because “these redneck mother-f**kers murdered Sandra Bland because she had nappy hair like me.”

"#FYF911 black radicals say they will be holding the “imperial powers” that are actually responsible for the terrorist attacks on September 11th accountable on that day, as reported by Breitbart Texas. There are several websites and Twitter handles for the movement.

“Palmetto Star” describes himself as one of the head organizers. He said in a YouTube video that supporters will be burning their symbols of “the illusion of their superiority,” their “false white supremacy,” like the American flag, the British flag, police uniforms, and Ku Klux Klan hoods." (http://www.breitbart.com/…/black-activists-called-for-lync…/)

Threatening, libelous and inciteful speech is NOT protected by the 1st Amendment. People HAVE BEEN convicted of incitement and other such crimes, although, to date, it's usually been nazis, or other "Aryan hate groups," BUT times have changed...and today's "nazis," more often look like Shannon Miles and Vester Flanagan then they do "Tiny the Biker."

Shannon Miles - Poster Child for the "Black Lives Matter" Movement

Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth

In the wake of a cowardly murder of a Sheriff's Deputy in Harris, Texas, in which a male mammal crept up on Officer Darren Goforth like a sniveling "sneak thief," the male mammal in question (Shannon Miles, pictured below) has been arrested and charged in that case. (http://abc7.com/…/slain-texas-deputy-law-enforcemen…/961654/)

I've seen articles that editorialized that, "According to witnesses, a man snuck up on the Sheriff's Deputy and shot him from behind without saying a word. A weapon from Goforth's shooting was recovered, and ballistics tests "indicate it is a match" with a weapon belonging to Miles, Hickman said. Miles has a previous criminal record that includes trespassing, resisting arrest with violence and disorderly conduct with a firearm, he said."

All fine, EXCEPT, Shannon Miles is NOT a "man." He is more accurately described simply as a "male mammal," not quite fully human, to be sure, any more than James Holmes, Jared Loughner Seung-Hui Cho, among other killers were "men."

THIS is the disease that is the "Black Lives Matter"/BLM Movement. It is not only an ANTI-Police, but a PRO-Black Thug movement.

It's primary thrust is that "Black thug's lives matter too."

They DO NOT!

Every thug (of every background) is "an enemy of society," and as such, those "lives" really DO NOT matter.

The thug/violent felon is the ultimate "useless eater" - one who contributes nothing, but sucks up a disproportionate amount of energy, food and other resources. They are, in EVERY appreciable way, a net cost, or drag upon society. They produce NOTHING and destroy whatever they touch.
Moreover, this is exactly what this "movement" has wanted from the start...a thug's war on America's Police.

While it's vital to note that this is NOT so much a "black vs white" issue, as it IS a lowlife vs producer issue. The vast majority of African-Americans are hard-working, decent people. Many are in law enforcement themselves. AND a LOT of the anti-Police violence has been orchestrated and manipulated by OSW-type whites and much of the "protesting"/rioting has been reportedly paid for by wealthy Far-Left WHITES, like George Soros among others. That’s a BIG part of all this.

This issue is primarily IDEOLOGICAL, not ETHNIC. Right now, it's black police officers, court & corrections officers who are most vulnerable....seen as "traitors" by black thugs and looked on warily by worried whites.

Just as the anti-cop movement is multi-ethnic, the pro-cop, anti-thug movement must also be multi-ethnic.

The entire BLM movement must be fully investigated, although the current DoJ is obviously not to be trusted with that job. A new administration MUST come in and immediately clean house at the DoJ, reorganize the FBI and set an entirely different tone than the current one that's been set by an ineffectual "Community Organizer."

Many questions must be answered in such an investigation. What other affiliations does this group have? Have the OWS (Occupy Wall Street), SEIU and other such groups been supportive of BLM, and if so, in what ways? It certainly seems so, as there was a plethora of white faces present in Ferguson and Baltimore. What role did they play in the violence in those locations?

There are widespread reports of "protesters" being paid in Ferguson, Baltimore and other locales. Where did that money come from?

Can a concerned citizen actually be indicted for criminal offenses merely for paying for such protests"?
Absolutely, they can!

Charges can start with "inciting to riot," "disturbing the peace," and other ancillary ones can be piled on from there. All that's necessary is a criminal justice system that is not only willing, but eager to entertain and fully prosecute such charges.

Go after the sources of the money and the air goes right out of such movements almost immediately.
Go after the finances of the moneyed sources and the law licenses of those who support such movements and all of that "support" will simply evaporate.

The start to all of that lies in making a major change in the Executive Branch of our government. Hillary Clinton is already deeply wounded and even worse scandals appear to be on the horizon. Bernie Sanders is a 74 y/o Left-wing dinosaur...enough said.

Behind Trump, Ben Carson is now firmly in 2nd place among the GOP hopefuls, and Carly Fiorina is moving up fast. NONE of those are members of the "political/media class." ALL of them can be counted as true "outsiders." AND it seems that an outsider is what's needed to fully and effectively clean house at the DoJ and rearrange the FBI, the NSA, etc.

All of that, of course, is merely Step 1....Step 2 would come in the form of wealthy Conservatives and Libertarians, or cartels comprised of the same, buying up the major media outlets and wresting them from the existing "political class."

Right now, sad to say, America's existing political/media class constitutes "An entrenched enemy within."

How Vester Flanagan (a/k/a Bryce Williams) Became the Next Dylann Roof

Image result for Vester Flanagan
Vester Flanagan

Saying that the Charleston Church murders, committed by yet another EDP (emotionally disturbed person), “Sent him over the top,” this morning, ironically enough, Vester Flanagan (a/k/a Bryce Williams) became the latest Dylann Roof. (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/11827315/Virginia-shooting-Gunman-Bryce-Williams-told-by-TV-station-to-seek-medical-help-after-colleagues-complaints-live.html)

Vester Flanagan was, by all accounts, a disgruntled "affirmative action baby," a man, whom fellow newser, Larrell Reynolds, who’d worked with him at the small Virginia station (WDBJ Ch 7) said that Flanagan, “had trouble acting and dressing professionally,” and was prone to outbursts of anger. Mr. Reynolds relayed, that Vester Flanagan was a difficult person to get along with, but whenever he clashed with people he blamed it on racism and homophobia, "He'd just be like, it's because I'm black and gay," said Mr Reynolds.

By all accounts, Mr. Flanagan was given far more chances to screw up than most other employees would've been, ironically enough, probably precisely BECAUSE he was "black and gay." His demeanor seems to hearken back to the title of an Ellis Cose book, "The Rage of a Privileged Class." All of that has been exacerbated by America's race/gender preferences and the segregated standards that go along with them.

A recent YouTube video shows what appears to be Vester Flanagan in a road rage incident. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W_eyKgfcWA)

This is the inevitable result of our ongoing celebration of victimization. Entire movements, like the illegitimate BLM (Black Lives Matter, which laments the deaths of thugs like Mike Brown, but not the likes of Jamyla Bolden http://abc7news.com/news/no-arrests-days-after-fatal-shooting-of-girl-9-in-ferguson-missouri/952282/) movement, that are dedicated to enabling those who would look to blame others for their own failures and see themselves as perpetual victims.

How many other Vester Flanagan’s are out there?

How many more Dylann Roof’s or Adam Lanza’s?

What are their triggers? For the autistic Adam Lanza, it seemed to be sinking into a world of extremely violent video games, for Dylann Roof was the way he related to the victimization he saw embraced in various white separatist websites and for Vester Flanagan, it seemed to be the way his own internal obsession with race intersected with the BLM narrative.

Bottom line, each individual is ultimately to blame. We are responsible for how we act toward all the negative messages and stimuli that surrounds us.

Isn’t it hard to “stay positive?”

You bet, but that doesn’t make it OK, or justified not to.
We are far too quick to look for simplistic answers to complex problems when confronted with ugly realities such as these. Like Dylann Roof, Vester Flanagan was almost certainly NOT "in his right mind," BUT neither of them were likely "mentally ill"...more likely, BOTH might be classified as "emotionally disturbed," an umbrella term for people who generally "don't play well with others." Almost certainly neither would reach the bar for "mentally incompetent" to be held accountable for their crimes, as James Holmes' (the Aurora, Colorado killer) trial recently showed.

Whereas mental illness is an organic disease, or set of diseases that has a given onset and specific symptoms, emotional disturbance is generally a CHOICE. Yes, we each CHOOSE how we will interpret the world around us and react to it.

Were both Dylann Roof and Vester Flanagan encouraged and enabled by various nefarious movements and websites? Probably yes, but neither probably needed such stimuli, as their internal compasses were so screwed up.

Tragically for Vester Flanagan, his kind of bigotry has been winked at and given a pass for decades now. The media and academia have gleefully fed into that. They have lionized a pro-criminal, anti-police movement like "Black Lives matter" and only NOW, belatedly do they scorn Vester Flanagan as a "hate filled bigot."

IF those in the media had taken a more honest approach to racial and social issues earlier MAYBE Vester Flanagan might have been forced to look inward at correcting his own flaws...or maybe he'd have just gone and done what Dylann Roof did, and found some obscure websites in which to indulge the self-victimization they were intent on validating.

In the wake of such tragedies some of the more simplistic among us reflexively blame “the availability of guns.” That’s NOT the reason...nor even “A reason” for why such things happen, neither is mental or emotional illness.

ALL of the above, except for Adam Lanza functioned reasonably capably in society, held jobs, interacted with others, regardless of how dysfunctionally, and planned out their murders.

The BLM movement is no more “responsible” for how Vester Flanagan reacted to it, any more than were any white separatist sites “responsible” for the way Dylann Roof interpreted their messages. Such groups have a right to freedom of speech. Of course, as much as we may have a right to “spew hatred,” under the 1st Amendment, we have no right to act on such hatred...and therein lies the conundrum. When reckless and irresponsible, often emotionally disturbed people latch onto such narratives and interpret them in their own twisted ways, bad things happen.
Gun bans clearly don’t work. The Philippines has a total gun ban and is besieged with “backyard gun shops.” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fna9WEO6BjE) Guns are incredibly easy to make and it’s not hard to imagine that American home gunsmiths would fashion even higher quality weaponry...for a price.

We CAN and SHOULD enforce the very real gun laws we have on the books already, like stipulating that a person’s mental health records and felony arrest records are rendered accessible once that person files for a permit for a hand gun.

THAT and we SHOULD make the much needed reforms to our currently dysfunctional mental health system, but that would take money, money so many of us are loathe to consider spending on something we tend to see as “somebody else’s problem.”

BUT, like welfare’s having had the very worst and most pernicious impact on the black family (helping fuel fatherless families, a deluge of very young, single mothers mired in poverty and dependency and millions coming to see the government as “responsible for taking care of their life necessities”), the current movement that enshrines victimization as some sort of virtue has hurt that community most of all.

I think back to the way at least one black news reporter eulogized the late Reverend Ike, after Rev. Frederick J. Eikerenkoetter II’s death back in 2009, as having led “a wretched, venal life.” (http://www.post-gazette.com/…/The-wret…/stories/200908040223)

While Reverend Ike was at least part huckster, but he also embodied the message that prosperity isn’t a bad thing (that “the lack of money was the root of all evil”...often that truly is) and the gospel espoused by the likes of Norman Vincent Peale and so many others who espouse “positive thinking,” success-visualization, etc.

NONE of those things are guaranteed to make anyone rich, but attitude, is, all too often, EVERYTHING! Without a positive, upbeat attitude, a person is generally doomed to a life of unhappiness. When we add in a tendency to consistently look outward, blaming others for our own inner flaws, we doom ourselves to lives of perpetual misery.

THAT, more than anything else, is what the dysfunctional life and miserable death of Vester Flanagan (a/k/a Bryce Williams) most embodied. And that is a very sad testament to the BLM movement and the other racial grievance and "social justice warriors"

Yet Another 9/11 Tragedy...

Marcy Borders

Marcy Borders, 9/11's “dust lady” died of stomach cancer at age 42 (http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/aug/26/911s-dust-lady-marcy-borders-dies-of-stomach-cancer). With that, the very long list of those killed on 9/11/01 (or at least by the toxins they were exposed to) and the weeks that followed keeps on growing.

On 9/11/01 Ms. Borders was just 28 y/o and had just started a job with Bank of America just a month earlier.

We STILL don’t know all of what was in the air after that terrorist attack, nor do we seem to understand all the toxic effects of the chemical soup so many were exposed to in the wake of that horrific event.

Marcy Borders, like so many others deserved much better.

In related news, one of the first reports I came across after reading of the death of marcy Borden was, “VA mocks PTSD veteran with phony address. According to Veterans Affairs, PTSD veteran lives on Coo Coo Lane” (http://www.capveterans.com/year2015/id64.html).

Do you get the gist here? The Veteran in question has claimed PTSD and given a false address – a common ploy used by those who wish to avoid further scrutiny and documentation and is mocked over that.

Unfortunately PTSD is, by far, the most abused medical disability category in existence today, surpassing "unspecified back" injuries, as those can now be better documented via MRIs, etc. Here is an actual victim of PTSD (post-WW I; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7Jll9_EiyA). At that time, PTDS was commonly referred to as "shell shock," although medically it was referred to as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Those who are actually impacted by actual PTSD CANNOT function in society. They CANNOT hold jobs, they CANNOT move about freely as shown in the above video, they are not “otherwise normal people who suffer from occasional flashbacks and sudden panic attacks.” They were institutionalized at the time and those who actually suffer real PTSD should almost certainly be institutionalized today, as well...the parameters of that diagnosis haven't changed.

HOWEVER, since that time PTSD has undergone a transformation, first to "battle fatigue," in WWII. There's the famous footage of George Patton slapping the troop he saw as looking to duck combat with the charge and since that time it has been expanded to cover virtually ANY "aversion to adverse stimuli," in other words, "hurt feelings." In short, PTSD is far too easy to fake.

I’ve worked 30 years in the FDNY and 20 of those in one of the busiest Units in that job in the South Bronx. I’ve seen tragedy and death...quite a bit of it. I responded to 9/11 that evening and we were there until Thursday morning the 13th, than worked every other day for a few weeks. Questionable PTSD disabilities are sadly very common in that Department, especially since 9/11. The rewards of tax-free disability pensions is too much of a lure for many people to forego that kind of base immorality. If it happens in the FDNY (and it DOES), why wouldn’t happen in equal numbers in every other venue?

The real victims of scammers and those claiming false 9/11 disabilities are the actual victims like Marcy Borders and her family. Claiming a false disability ISN’T a “victimless” crime...here’s a good look at one of the victims.
