They ought to go.” Once pushed out, Barry promised, he would replace the foreign invaders with “African-American business people.” Barry then took to the social networking platform Twitter to expound on the perils of “dirty” Asian shops in his neighborhood." (SEE: http://www.libertynews.com/2012/05/02/more-racist-anti-asian-rants-from-marion-barry-why-does-the-left-tolerate-this/).

This sort of blatant anti-Asian bigotry has gone on for decades, especially in America's black community for decades.

Moreover, Ms. Thernstrom's assessment that, "...there's a running assumption through all of the writing on the left about racial issues that, were it not for racism, you would have random distribution of racial and ethnic groups in education, employment, contracting, elections — whatever you're looking at. But the notion of random distribution of blacks, Latinos, Jews, Armenians or whomever is absurd. It's indifferent to the reality of society. That's just not how people distribute themselves," is absolutely undeniable. There doesn't appear to be any math that would support the idea that, given ideal conditions, all ethnic groups would be equally represented in every field of endeavor...that really is NOT how individuals actually distribute themselves.

I believe a certain amount of xenophobia (what has come to be called "racism") is prevalent in most groups, but it has gone largely uncheked and unchallenged within the black community due to apologists insisting that "blacks can't be racist."JMKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14281344324964417974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1559661241465229945.post-76971235443722960822012-06-10T19:03:35.572-04:002012-06-10T19:03:35.572-04:00I would like to understand the basis upon which yo...I would like to understand the basis upon which you support the assertion that, "It's highly doubtful that Dr. Marilene Wang is motivated by any racial bigotry. In fact, generally the bigotry/racism between blacks and Asians seems largely one-sided, blacks exhibiting a pronounced bigotry toward Asians NOT the reverse."Dr. Albert Edwards, lllhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17370134910488173749noreply@blogger.com
