U.S. Supreme Court Throws a Bone to Child Rapers...

...Nice!

On the heels of their decision to extend access to U.S. courts to foreign terrorists, the U.S. Supreme Court handed child rapists a victory, by claiming, in a 5-4 vote, that the law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in cases of child rape violates the Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

Yes, the “Kelo Justices” (Breyer, Ginsburg, Kennedy, Souter and Stevens), the same core that brought us the ill-conceived Kelo Decision that has sparked a wave of anti-Eminent Domain statutes across the country has handed foreign terrorists the right to be heard in American courts and now apparently bows to the all important NAMBLA lobby.

When they get it wrong they get it wrong big time. This is a sad day for our country.

This is absolutely horrific!

Nearly as bad as the 1973 decision that curtailed capital punishment en toto.

If we're lucky, this may eventually sufer the same fate.

The death penalty should be mandatory just for being a member of this sick-f*ck association! Cruel and unusual is what child rapers do.

I agreee completely Dan O.

Libelous, threatening, slanderous and reckless speech can and IS regulated and restricted by law, how can pro-terrorist (and pro-pedophilia is advocating a form of terrorism) not be seen as regulatable "threatening speech?"

I don't get it.

I know that one of the inane arguments put forth by opponents of the death penalty for child rape is that it will ultimately result in more child murders by pervs trying to cover their tracks.

Bullshit!

Many of these perverts ALREADY kill their victims.

As simple "dead or alive" price on their heads would suffice, for me. Let the folks drag'em in for the reward money.
